Extended Function Modules

Extended function modules can automate the processing of the CBCL/6-18, TRF, and YSR.

CLIENT ENTRY MODULE

Parents, teachers, or youths sit at the computer and directly key-enter their responses for the CBCL/6-18, TRF, or YSR. There is no need for clients to fill out forms that must be key-entered later. Responses are automatically loaded into the ADM software ready to be scored. This option includes unlimited uses with no extra fees per use.

SCANNING MODULE

The ADM Scanning Module is no longer available, effective September 2009.  If you have already installed the scanning module and if you require additional stock of scannable forms, please call Nelson Education Customer Support 1-800-268-2222, quoting the applicable code number(s) listed below.
