OS-1: Student Labels
DESCRIPTIONThis service provides one 21.6 cm x 2.54 cm (8-1/2" x 1") pressure-sensitive label for each student. OS-1 labels are intended for use in cumulative records. Each label includes information from the Student List Report. Each building starts on a new page. For example: OS-1 labels for CTBS Form K Levels 9-14 include the 16 Grade Equivalent Scores and the corresponding National Percentile Ranks and National Stanines. Within each class, students are listed in the same order as the sheets were arranged when you submitted your order for scoring. If OS-25 is ordered, the students will be listed in alphabetical sequence by the students' last names within each class. Note: This label is not intended for use in the "How Are Your Basic Skills?" folder (ISBN 17-603204-5).VARIATIONSIf OS-3 is ordered with OS-1, the student's Local Percentile Ranks and Local Stanines will be printed on the label. To suppress scores and/or to select alternative scores for the OS-1 labels, refer to OS-30. OS-21 prints the contents of Student ID and/or Other Information fields on each label, when space permits (the student's scores take precedence).RELATED SERVICESOS-11 (Extra Set of OS-1 Student Labels) is identical to OS-1 and cannot be ordered without ordering OS-1.
