OS-9: Building & System Averages, Sorted by GradeDESCRIPTIONIn contrast to the regular Building and System Averages that are part of the Basic Service (and which present the averages in sequence by grade within each building), the averages in the OS-9 report are sorted by grade within the system for quick grade-based comparisons.For example: Within each grade, the averages for building 1 are followed by the averages for buildings 2, 3, etc. and then the system averages. This sequence facilitates the comparison of average performance across buildings within a grade. For multiple-building systems, OS-9 is included with Basic Service -- in effect, the Building and System Averages are reported twice within Basic Service, in two different sequences. Note about "eligible students": If OS-22 and/or OS-29 are ordered, some classes and/or students may be excluded from the building and system averages.VARIATIONSTo suppress scores and/or to select additional scores for the buildings and the system, refer to OS-40.RELATED SERVICESIf you require averages for a special group, refer to OS-19.If you require averages subdivided by gender, refer to OS-24.
