OS-21: Print Student ID / Other Information

DESCRIPTION

A student's answer sheet contains areas to record optional Student Identification Number and/or Other Information data.

OS-21 causes the Student ID Number and/or Other Information data to print on the Student List Report. Without OS-21, these two items will not be printed (even if they contain data for some students).

OS-21 also causes the contents of these two fields to print on the following optional services (when ordered), but only where space permits (the student's scores take precedence):

OS-1 - Student Labels
OS-6 - Individual Item Analysis
OS-7 - Skill Summary by Student
OS-8 - Student Performance Chart
OS-10 - Extra Set of Student List Report
OS-11 - Extra Set of Student Labels
OS-27 - Students' Scores and Percentile Chart
OS-28 - Student Performance Chart - Parent Copy
OS-35 - Combined CTBS/CCAT Report

The "per-student charge" applies to all of the students in your order, regardless of the number of students who have data in their Student ID and/or Other Information fields.

NOTES

OS-21 has no effect on OS-31 (High Edit or Low Edit). The Student ID and Other Information fields are never printed on OS-31 reports.

OS-21 has no effect on OS-33 and OS-36 (Diskettes). The Student ID and Other Information fields are always included on the diskettes.
