OS-25: Sort Each Class By Student Name
DESCRIPTION
This service causes the students within each class to be sequenced
alphabetically by their last name. If two students have the same last
name, their first names are used to fine-tune the sequence.
The alphabetical sequencing applies to the Student List Report and to
the following optional services (when ordered):
- OS-1 - Student Labels
- OS-6 - Individual Item Analysis
- OS-7 - Skill Summary by Student
- OS-8 - Student Performance Chart
- OS-10 - Extra Set of Student List Report
- OS-11 - Extra Set of Student Labels
- OS-27 - Students' Scores and Percentile Chart
- OS-28 - Student Performance Chart - Parent Copy
- OS-29 - Exclude Student(s) from Class, Building, System Averages
- OS-31 - High Edit or Low Edit Report
- OS-35 - Combined CTBS/CCAT Report

VARIATIONS
When OS-25 and OS-26 are both ordered:
- OS-10 (Extra Set of
Student List Report) must be ordered
- OS-10 will be reported in ranked sequence (from OS-26)
- the Student List Report will be reported in student-name sequence
(from OS-25)
- when ordered, the remaining ten Optional Services listed above (excepting
OS-10) will be reported in student-name sequence (from OS-25)
