OS-27 Student's Scores and Percentile Chart

DESCRIPTION

Available for CTBS only, not for CCAT or GMRT.

OS-27 is based on OS-7 (Skill Summary by Student), but OS-27 excludes the skill-related information.

This report is designed to be over-printed with explanatory text, using your photocopier (typically including a description of the testing program that was administered to the students, the scores that are reported, etc.) prior to distribution of the report to the parents.

This report produces one page for each student, and it includes a re-statement of the top three lines of the student's scores from the Student List Report.

Unlike OS-7, the main body of each page of OS-27 is "empty", leaving room for your explanatory text.

Like OS-7, OS-27 provides a chart showing the student's National Percentile Rank (NPR) performance.

For example: For CTBS Form K, Levels 9-14, the chart shows each of the 12 subtests, 3 test totals (LT, MT, ST) and the composite. The chart is positioned in the lower right-hand corner of the page.

Within each class, the students are listed in the same sequence as the sheets were arranged when you submitted your order for scoring. See OS-25 (Sort Each Class by Student Name).

SPECIAL NOTE

This service is intended for over-printing with your text, using a photocopier, and can be released to parents. Please contact the Nelson Education Scoring Service if you have questions..

VARIATIONS

If required, the position of the National Percentile Chart can be revised to match your requirements (a set-up charge would apply). The size of the chart is not adjustable.

The following optional services, when ordered, can affect the top three lines of the student's scores that are re-stated in OS-27:

  • OS-21 prints the contents of Student ID and/or Other Information fields, when space permits (the student's scores take precedence)

  • OS-29, for students who are excluded from the averages, prints a notation "Student is Excluded From Averages" when space permits (the student's scores take precedence)

  • OS-30 can cause the suppression and/or selection of the scores that appear on the Student List Report (which are re-stated in OS-27)
