OS-30: Score Selection/Suppression For Students and/or Classess
DESCRIPTION
OS-30 allows you to specify the scores that are to be printed for one
or more of these score classifications:
- for each student on the Student List Report, OS-10, and OS-31
- for class averages on the Student List Report and OS-10
- for each student on the OS-1 and OS-11 (Student Labels)
Refer to the Student List Report and/or OS-1 (Student Labels), for an
illustration of the "regular" scores that are reported.
Note: Because some of the optional services contain a re-statement
of the top three lines of the student's information from the Student List
Report, your choice of scores in classification (a) may also affect the
following, when ordered:
- OS-6 - Individual Item Analysis
- OS-7 - Skill Summary by Student
- OS-8 - Student Performance Chart
- OS-27 - Students' Scores and Percentile Chart
- OS-28 - Student Performance Chart - Parent Copy

When you specify additional scores, the Student List Report will expand
to include extra lines for the students/classes, to meet your request.
A sample page is available.
Note: OS-1 (Student Labels) has limited space for the student's
scores (only four lines can be printed).
Your choice of scores to be selected and/or suppressed must be included
in the Special Instructions that accompany your order. Please indicate
which classification(s) (from a, b, or c above) are to be affected.

Report and on the OS-1 Student Labels.

35) are replaced by the scores with these codes: 25, 28, 31, 34.
