OS-36: Students' Scores and Responses on Diskette
DESCRIPTIONOS-36 is the same as OS-33, but the ASCII file also includes each student's responses to all of the items in the test. For a partial list of the scores in the ASCII file, refer to OS-33.
NOTES FOR OS-33 AND OS-36Contact Nelson Education Scoring Service and request the ASCII File Layout, free of charge, for OS-33 or OS-36 for your particular test and form, e.g. CTBS Form K. The ASCII File Layout allows you to review the complete contents and structure of each type of record (e.g., student, class, building, system). No software is supplied with OS-33 and OS-36. A copy of the ASCII File Layout is also included on the diskette, as a README.TXT file. This generic file can be viewed with most text editors and/or word processors, and can be printed on most printers. The students/classes/buildings appear on the ASCII file in the same sequence as the sheets were arranged when you submitted your order for scoring. To assist you in the identification of the classes and buildings in the ASCII file, a listing accompanies OS-33 and OS-36. It shows the numbers that are assigned to each class and to each building. OS-30 (Score Suppression/Selection for Students and/or Classes) has no effect on OS-33 or OS-36.The Predicted Grade Equivalent (PGE) scores that are associated with OS-35 (Combined CTBS/CCAT Report) are not included on the ASCII file for OS-33 or OS-36. |
