OS-40: Score Selection/Suppression For Buildings
and System
DESCRIPTION
OS-40 allows you to specify the scores that are to be presented in
the Building and System Averages Report. Your specification also affects
the following, when ordered:
- OS-9 - Building & System Averages, Sorted by Grade
- OS-19 - Special Group Averages
- OS-24 - Male and Female Averages
- OS-34 - Extra Set of Building & System Averages

Refer to the service description for the Building and System Averages
Report, for an illustration of the "regular" scores that are reported.
When you specify additional scores, the Building and System Averages Report
will expand to include extra lines for each grade, to meet your request.
Your choice of scores to be selected and/or suppressed must be included
in the Special Instructions that accompany your order.

This service requires that you attach special instructions to your

and Female Averages) does not support these scores, even if they are
selected via OS-40:

- Percent Correct
If
OS-23 (Out-of-Level Norms)
is ordered,
and if OS-40 is used to select building/system averages
for Number Attempted, Percent Attempted, Raw Score, Percent Correct and/or
the Chance-Score Indicator,
and if the grade contains students
at more than one level, then the averages for these scores will be left
blank on the Building and System Averages Reports and on the following
when ordered:
- OS-9 - Building & System Averages, Sorted by Grade
- OS-19 - Special Group Averages
- OS-24 - Male and Female Averages
- OS-34 - Extra Set of Building & System Averages

Raw Scores when levels 10 and 11 are both involved within one grade.
